Welcome to the new THPP Management Company website which has been designed as an online noticeboard to provide helpful information about the management of Trelawney House and Piran Place, including financial information and a breakdown of our maintenance charges, as well as important fire safety information; both during the forthcoming remedial works and after their completion.
In order to conform with the Building Safety Act 2022, specifically Section 91 which relates to the need for a residents’ engagement strategy, we have commissioned this website as a central hub of information for leaseholders and residents of Trelawney House and Piran Place.
It is intended to be an accessible portal for residents to find or request information quickly, as well as directly report any issues relating to fire safety concerns.
It will also provide residents with a simple way to report day-to-day management and maintenance issues.
