We are pleased to invite you all to a public meeting and presentation at Chi Austell here in White River Place (opposite Superdrug) on Friday 8th May at 6pm.
This will be a chance for leaseholders and tenants, both residential and commercial, to hear a presentation from the management company, as well as the development team and principle contractors that will be carrying out the remediation works to both Trelawney House and Piran Place.
The presentation will include information about the build schedule, what materials are being removed and what their replacements will be, as well as information about the size and scope of the free-standing scaffold, and the traffic management plan.
There will be an open questions and answers session after the presentation.
The meeting is expected to last no more than 90 minutes. We look forward to seeing you.
