Engineers from our new fire & electrical contractors Argos Fire Protection will be on-site between 28–29 May to carry out the 6 monthly servicing of our fire alarm systems.
- Trelawney House will be Thursday 28th May
- Piran Place will be on Friday 29th May
Engineers will require access to individual apartments at some point between 9am and 4pm to test the heat detector in each apartment.
We fully appreciate that not everybody will be home during these hours, but if you are able to leave a key with a neighbour, or let us know what time is best for you via the contact page then we’ll pass that on to the engineers.
Apologies for the short notice – we were planning to book these inspections in June, but with everything else going on with the start of the cladding works, we needed to squeeze this in as soon as possible.
